    Terms & conditions

    IShipUSA.com is a cargo forwarding company that provides several services to its members. These services include receiving merchandise, sorting, packing, and delivering / organizing the transport of the purchased goods to their final destination. We do this using one of our shipping carriers who are able to deliver the goods to a specified local member's address during normal business hours.


    Membership Types: There are 2 types of membership at IShipUSA.com. Standard Membership and Premium Membership. Annual memberships are paid in full one time per year, Semi-annual memberships are paid in full one time every 6 months, and Monthly memberships are paid in full one time every month. All membership fees are NON-refundable.

    By becoming an IShipUSA.com member, you authorize IShipUSA.com to charge certain fees to your credit card. These fees include membership fees, shipping and handling fees, as well as any additional optional services selected by you the member.
    In the even that IShipUSA.com receives a charge back for any previous valid charge by the member, then the member's account may be immediately terminated and all member's packages will be promptly discarded. In such a situation, IShipUSA.com will not return any merchandise to the sender nor the member due to violations made by member.

    Once your account is activated you will receive the address and member's number which each member will use to send his / her packages. Member's US address may be used only for shipments (as member's US shipping address). Any use of member's US address other than for shipping of member's packages is not allowed. Misuse of member's US address will lead to termination of his / her account. Members must supply their correct name and number on each package.  IShipUSA.com will charge $5 address correction fee on all packages with incorrect incoming labels (for example missing member's number, unknown or misspelled name).  If IShipUSA.com is able to determine the owner of the package it will be received under correct member's account and member will be notified about the wrong / incorrect address and charged an address correction  fee.  If the member cannot be determined and a claim information is not provided by the member within seven (7) calendar days the package will be liquidated / discarded without any possible claim for such package after seven (7) calendar days.

    As a member of IShipUSA.com you hereby allow IShipUSA.com to open any package for content inspection. If IShipUSA.com determines the contents of the package to violate it's Terms and Conditions, and / or contains illegal / prohibited goods, then the package will be discarded immediately without any possible compensation to the member.
    All members are responsible for checking  the list of prohibited items. IShipUSA.com will not ship any prohibited / hazardous items for any member. Members are responsible for verifying the customs and import regulations of the receiving country before purchasing the product to be shipped.
    IshipUSA.com is not responsible for any  special documentation, paperwork, license etc. needed for the import of member's goods to the country of delivery.IShipUSA.com members bear sole responsibility for obtaining any necessary documentation/paperwork or licenses that might be needed for shipping
    goods to the country of delivery.
    A member may request, if possible, for IShipUSA.com to provide an EEI (Electronic Export Information) for packages that exceeds a value of more than $2,499.99 or have the packages split into multiple packages with a value less than $2,500 for an additional Splitting Package Fee of $5 per split.

    IShipUSA.com reserves the right to terminate any account whose owner has deliberately and  falsely filled out any order list or participates in any illegal activities. All information provided by members must be truthful, correct and their own personal information. Any use of false documents, fictitious name and or stolen credit cards will result in the immediate termination of the account and members will not be refunded any payments from his / her account.


    Individual Purchase / Order: Individual order is any order that a member has delivered to IShipUSA.com facilities under his / her name with membership number. All individual orders should be in member's account PRIOR to it being received in our facility. All individual packages must be ready for forwarding within 14 calendar days. This means that all postage and fees must be paid within 14 calendar days. Individual package storage applies to all packages that are combined / consolidated with an individual order package. All individual orders must be in compliance with IShipUSA.com Terms and Conditions as well as Prohibited / Restricted items. It is the responsibility of the member to track his / her package and communicate with the merchant / store if there is an issue with the delivery of the package to IShipUSA.com facility. Individual order packages are sent in their original packaging as they are received from the seller. When ordering from online stores please be aware that large purchases may be divided into several packages by the SELLER.  Upon request, Members can consolidated / combine their packages to one package for a fee (see "CONSOLIDATION / COMBINING OF PACKAGES" fees). There is a Package Forward Fee of $3 per Standard Membership Individual Order. Premium Memberships have no Package Forward Fees. Replicas of Brand Names products are prohibited!


    Assistant Purchase / Order: Any order where the member requests IShipUSA.com to purchase, receive, pack / repack and forward member's products to his / her country of destination is considered an assistant purchase / order. Member is responsible for the retailer and products that he / she solely chooses. IShipUSA.com is not responsible for goods ordered through Assistant purchase program. IShipUSA.com sole responsibility is to act as an agent working on behalf of the member to make a purchase based on the member's instructions. IShipUSA.com is not responsible for quality of goods, warranties, delivery issues, back orders, etc. Assistant purchase fees are described on our website. IShipUSA.com is not responsible if a purchase from the store cannot be made for any reason.  IShipUSA.com will not order any products that are not in compliance with the list of prohibited / restricted items. IShipUSA.com reserves the right to modify or cancel any assistant order created by the member that is not in compliance with our terms and conditions. IShipUSA.com will only fulfill orders from US based stores / websites. From time to time there may be an instance that a member pays for his / her assistant purchase / order  in full but not all items from the retailer will be available for purchase at that time. IShipUSA.com will not purchase any order that will have more than 50% of items unavailable. If the price of an item  exceeds 50% of the original price from what the member has stated in his / her order, then IShipUSA.com will not purchase that particular item.
    If the price of an item is less than the original price from which the member has stated in his / her order, then IShipUSA.com will correct the price in the member's order to its current purchased price. IShipUSA.com is not responsible for any sales / coupons associated with any members assistant purchase / order. Any member that wishes to use a sale / coupons for a particular retail store may do so by clearly indicating and requesting it by the notes in his / her assistant order PRIOR to the order being submitted to IShipUSA.com. IShipUSA.com is not responsible for any sale / coupons, it is the responsibility of the member to submit an active and correct sale / coupons for that particular retail store. No changes can be made to an assistant order by a member once his / her assistant order is marked "In Progress" by IShipUSA.com.
    Once an assistant order is marked by IShipUSA.com as "In Progress", the member may not request to modify, ask for a return and / or refund, nor cancel that order. For each assistant purchase / order there is an Assistant Order fee of $7.50 plus a Personal Shopper fee of 8% to the total cost of merchandise only. Each assistant purchase / order can contain up to 10 products (not quantities), there is an additional Assistant Order fee of $7.50 per additional 10 products in one particular order. Each assistant purchase / order will also incur a Packing and Handling fee of $3. Premium Memberships have no Packing and Handling Fees. The member will be required to pay all taxes and shipping costs within the US. All assistant orders with a value less than $100 will be required to pay a deposit of $29.90. In the event that an assistant order has excessive funds after the order is shipped, IShipUSA.com will refund the amount in accordance to it's "Refunds" policy (see "Refunds"). Replicas of Brand Names products are prohibited.
     

    Transaction Fee: All orders will incur a transaction fee of 3.9% to process each payment.


    Individual Package Storage: All individual packages must be ready for forwarding within 14 calendar days. This means that all postage and fees must be paid within 14 calendar days.
    After 14 calendar days if any individual package is not ready for shipping due to unpaid fees the member will be charged  a daily storage fee of $3 for each individual package.
    All storage fees, plus shipping fees must be paid in full at the time of shipping. After 30 calendar days if any individual package is not ready for shipping due to unpaid fees the package will be liquidated / discarded without any possible claim neither for merchandise, funds for merchandise, nor any order fees. There may be additional fees charged to member for oversize packages. If any questions in regards to our fees, you may contact our support team at support@ishipusa.com. 


    Assistant Package Storage: All assistant packages are allowed free storage for up to 30 calendar days. This means that all postage and fees must be paid within 30 calendar days. After 30 calendar days if any assistant package is not ready for shipping due to unpaid fees the member will be charged  a daily storage fee of $3 for each assistant package. All storage fees, plus shipping fees must be paid in full at the time of shipping. After 60 calendar days if any assistant package is not ready for shipping due to unpaid fees the package will be liquidated / discarded without any possible claim neither for merchandise, funds for merchandise, nor any order fees. There may be additional fees charged to member for oversize packages. If any questions in regards to our fees, you may contact our support team at support@ishipusa.com.

    All invoices 30 days or more past due will incur a $15 late fee.


    Consolidation / Combining of Packages: Standard Members can combine / consolidate a total of up to 5 packages for an additional charge of $5 per combined package. Premium Members can combine / consolidate a total of up to 5 packages for an additional charge of $3 per combined package. Any member that wishes to combine packages must have all orders in their account within 14 days of first package received and notify IShipUSA to combine these particular packages. Individual package storage applies to all packages that are combined / consolidated with an individual order package. If possible, IShipUSA will do its best to fulfill the members request on combining his / her packages to one package. 


    Splitting Packages: Any member that wishes to split a package for any reason, may do so upon request. The member will incur a $5 splitting package fee per number of splits.


    Multiple Web Stores / Retailers: Any assistant order that will exceed more than 3 web stores / retailers will incur a $5 multiple web stores  fee per additional web store / retailer.


    Store Pick Up: A member may request that IShipUSA.com pick up an item from the store instead of having it delivered for any reason. If IShipUSA.com can fulfill the members request for store pick up then the member will incur a store pick up fee (varies by store location, please contact support at support@ishipusa.com for more info).
     

    In-Store Personal Shopper Service: A member may request that IShipUSA.com will purchase some or all of the items in one particular assistant order from the retail store directly. If IShipUSA.com can fulfill the members request to go to the retail store and purchase the items, then the member will incure a $25 In-Store Personal Shopper service fee in addition to the 8% assistant order commission fee on the cost of the products.


    Payments: All payments must be made with member's own credit card or PayPal account. Billing name and address must match the name and address used during the registration for IShipUSA account. It is against IShipUSA Terms & Conditions to use someone else's PayPal account or Credit Card. Such a payment won't be confirmed and will lead to membership / order cancellation. All first orders must be shipped to member's billing address.
     

    Refunds: If applicable, IShipUSA.com will process a refund within seven (7) business days from the date the member requests it. All refunds are made to the original credit card used by the member for payment. All payments for memberships are NON-refundable.


    Package Return Service: Any member with an individual order that will have a package delivered to our facility by mistake and wishes to return the package unopened  to sender can do so by request. IShipUSA.com provides this service for a package return fee of $10 per package. The member will be responsible for any shipping costs associated with the package return to the sender. IShipUSA.com will provide the member a tracking number for the returned package, if applicable (unless merchant provided the member with the return address label). IShipUSA.com member is solely responsible for tracking, checking on his/her package, and communication between the merchant (sender). Once returned package leaves IShipUSA.com facility, IShipUSA.com is not responsible for any tracking or delivery of such returned package to sender. Returned package must be shipped within the USA with an IShipUSA.com preferred carrier that provides a tracking number with proof of delivery. If member chooses a carrier that is not associated with IShipUSA.com then the member will acquire an additional fee to deliver the package to the members preferred carriers facility. At this time the package returned service is only available to individual orders.


    Over Sized Packages: All over sized packages must be approved. It is the responsibility of the member to report any and all over sized packages to IShipUSA.com PRIOR to it's arrival to our facilities.  Any over sized package not reported to IShipUSA.com PRIOR to it's arrival into our facilities may be refused and/or returned to sender or discharged. There may be additional fees charged to a member for over sized packages exceeding 47 inches in length (fee varies by SIZE, please contact support for more info) in addition to the shipping carrier's OVER SIZED package fees (see SHIPPING COST CALCULATOR for more info).


    Over Weight Packages: There will be an additional fee of $0.50 per pound charged to a member for over weight packages that exceed 30lbs weight (Example: 31lbs x $0.50 = $15.50 additional overweight fee). 


    Drop off fee: Any member that wishes to use a carrier other than IShipUSA.com preffered carriers (DHL, USPS), may do so upon request. The member will incur a $20 drop off fee per package for delivery of the package to the member's prefered carrier facility.

    Depending on the shipper / carrier, shipping charges may be based on weight or dimensional weight. Members are cautioned to review our IShipUSA.com shipping guidelines for clarification. Please contact us before you buy if there is any doubt to your final shipping costs at support@ishipusa.com.

    IShipUSA.com does not receive any letters/magazines under client's account (all letters/magazines are trashed). If the letter/magazine/catalog is inside of member's package, we will forward it with the member's package.

    All customs and immigrations duties, taxes and fees are the sole responsibility of the IShipUSA.com member only.

    US trade restrictions apply to shipments between the US and Cuba, Iran, Korea, D.P.R. of (North Korea), Myanmar (Burma), Sudan and Syria.

    Member guarantees that he / she is the end user of all merchandise ordered and that his / her merchandise will not be re-exported, or used in a country different than the original country of destination.

    IShipUSA.com uses the declared value of goods to determine the cost of insurance and the amount of insurance necessary. All shipments automatically receive $100 of insurance cost free. Each additional $100 worth of insurance costs $1. For example, value of package: $200 insurance cost  $1, $300 insurance cost $2, $400 insurance cost $3 etc. Every insurance claim is reviewed individually and claim payments will be based on the declared value and the insured value and is subject to the terms and conditions of the particular carrier's airway bill.

    Truthful claims of loss/damage and/or missing  goods must be reported to IShipUSA.com within five (5) business days after receiving the package. Claims filed after five (5) business days will automatically be denied. Claims are considered filed when fully completed claim forms, photographs and receipts are received. Packages are insured by a combination of carrier shipping insurance and private insurance used by IShipUSA.com.  Insurance covers only the value entered in the customs declaration. Member must provide the original receipt or invoice to prove the value of goods entered on the customs declaration. All claims are reviewed individually in a  process that may take up to sixty (60) calendar days. Specific commodities have limits of liability in case of loss or damage including computers, figurines, furniture, electronics, jewelry, lighting  and televisions regardless of declared value or insurance paid. Claim liability for damage is limited to the lesser or either declared value, proof of purchase or specific commodity liability limit. Claim liability for damage to items prepackaged by manufacturer will be limited, including all such commodity groups listed above.

    IShipUSA.com shall not be responsible for any damage from an  error or omission arising from IShipUSA.com member providing false or incorrect or incomplete information.

    IShipUSA.com will not bear financial responsibility for any prosecution or fees with regards to any member's illegal activity. IShipUSA.com will enforce all USA laws against members and any fees incurred will be the sole responsibility of the member. Customer shall indemnify and hold IShipUSA.com harmless from any and all claims, including  legal fees incurred in defending against said claims,  from third parties arising out of  the transmission of the package sent by the member through IShipUSA.com.

    The IShipUSA.com member is responsible for and warrants its compliance with all applicable laws, rules and regulations, including, but not limited to, the export laws and government regulations of any country to, from, through or over which the IShipUSA.com member shipment may be carried. This responsibility includes, without limitation, determining any and all applicable license requirements, including without limitation US Department of Commerce export licenses, US Department of State export licenses and any and all import license requirements of the destination country, and obtaining same. The IShipUSA.com member agrees and acknowledges that the member shall purchase any and all merchandise from United States sellers under an ex works agreement and that the IShipUSA.com member agrees to furnish such information and complete and attach such documents as necessary to comply with any applicable laws, rules and/or regulations, including notifying the United States Principal Party In Interest, as defined by the United States Foreign Trade Statistics Regulations, in every transaction generated by member of the ultimate destination of any items ordered by member and gathering and providing to IShipUSA.com all required information for export purposes from the United States Principal Party in Interest including without limitation the Export Control Classification Number and, if a Shipper's Export Declaration (S.E.D.) is required, the USPPI's tax identification number.

    IShipUSA.com member agrees that he / she will remain liable for and indemnify, defend and hold harmless IShipUSA.com and its shareholders, officers, directors, agents, partners, employees and independent contractors, at all times from the date hereof forward, from and against any and all claims, actions, damages, awards, liabilities, losses (including consequential losses), judgments, penalties, interest, fines, expenses, and/or other costs (including attorneys' fees and court costs) arising by reason of the execution hereof or the consummation of the transactions contemplated hereby, including without limitation those arising from or relating to:

    Any negligent action or omission of member or any of the member's employees, contractors, agents or any other person acting under member's supervision or control prior to, as of, or following the date hereof.

    Any inaccuracy or breach of any representation or warranty made by member in this Agreement or any other document or instrument executed or delivered by member in connection with this Agreement or any breach or non-performance of any covenant or agreement made by company in this Agreement or any other document or instrument made by member in connection with this Agreement.

    IShipUSA.com's preparation, determination or execution of the documents (including international air waybills) or any other document necessary for transportation, including, but not limited to shipment addressing, routing, classification, licensing requirements, and value of goods/documents and value for carriage, except for claims arising solely from the gross negligence or willful misconduct of IShipUSA.com.

    IShipUSA.com member providing to IShipUSA.com any information or documents, including without limitation any inaccurate or false information or documents.

    IShipUSA.com member's failure to comply with the terms hereof or any U.S. or other jurisdiction's law applicable to the exportation or importation (into the destination country) of such shipments.

    Activation and use of the USA address assigned to you by IShipUSA.com constitutes as your acceptance of this agreement and authorizes IShipUSA.com to charge your credit card for all future charges.
